Why take a workshop?
In the age of digital photography it is easier than ever to take pictures. Unfortunately sometimes we are disappointed with the results. The landscape is not quite as beautiful as we remembered it or that person/animal/flower looked a lot closer when we clicked the shutter.
Rosalind Philips Photography workshops help people learn how to take photographs instead of snapshots. Each workshop is a combination of classroom time and shooting time. Each concept is followed by time to practice the concept. This is true of both photo technique and computer technique workshops. Each participant is encouraged to share their work with the rest of the participants. We learn best from each other.
Workshops are divided into morning and afternoon sessions. You can mix and match the sessions. The cost for each session is $60.00; the cost is $55.00/session if you sign up for two or more sessions at the same time. Please register on the website, call or email me to reserve your spot. Please pay by mailing me a check 5 days or more before the workshop or by credit card at the workshop. Payment for all registered sessions is due at the first workshop you attend. You can also pay by PayPal on the website.
